We promote a variety of things students can do to help develop healthy habits that can improve mental health, including exercising, eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and appropriate and limited use of technology. Students who are facing challenges related to managing stress, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, relationships, or other issues that may impact their mental health are encouraged to reach out to their parents, counselor, teacher, administrator or another trusted adult for help. Students facing an immediate crisis may also call the Crisis Intervention Line at 541-687-4000. |
